We offer returns for items within 14 days of order received. To return your product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship item back within: 30 days of delivery. If 14 days have gone by since you received your order, we will assume that you found our product totally awesome.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ship using a tracking service and email us the tracking number.
You will need to bear the shipping costs for returning a purchased item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Note - Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange for Custom or personalized orders.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification mail. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. After approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
